Cleaning up After Your DogFort Foster has a "Carry-In Carry-Out" policy in regards to all trash and animal waste. Bags are provided at the entrance for visitors to help keep the park clean and healthy. It is particularly important that off-season and early morning dog walkers be aware of their dog's waste and remove it from the park. Fort Foster is bordered by wetlands and dog waste is detrimental to the health of the park's ecosystem.
